  • Non-intimate items
    You may return or exchange non-intimate products within 30 days for a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the items.
  • Intimate items (underwear, bras, sleepwear)
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a verified quality issue.
  • Hygiene Commitment
    All intimate items, including bras and panties, are never resold under any circumstances to ensure customer safety and hygiene.

First Order – Risk-Free Guarantee

We understand that trying silk underwear or lingerie for the first time can feel uncertain. To make your first purchase worry-free, we offer a First Order Risk-Free Guarantee.

  • Only one item per first order is eligible for a free return or exchange.
  • Additional items in the same order follow the standard return policy.
  • All returned items must meet hygiene, quality, and condition requirements.

Quality Issues – 30-Day Refund Policy

All FEELITS products, including intimate apparel such as bras and panties, are eligible for a refund or exchange if a quality issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Quality issues include (but are not limited to):

  • Defective stitching or seams
  • Damaged or flawed fabric
  • Incorrect or missing items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Ensure the item is unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
  2. Prepare your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Email us at support@feelits.com to request a return or exchange.
  4. Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions.


Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Incorrect item received

We will assess the situation promptly and ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Conditions

  • All returned items must include original packaging and accessories.
  • For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds cover the product cost only.
  • Items that do not meet return conditions may be rejected.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of opening a warranty or support claim. Requests after 30 days cannot be processed for non-quality issues.
  • All intimate items (underwear, bras, sleepwear) are non-resalable to protect customer hygiene and privacy.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. Allow additional time for funds to appear in your account.
