These are recommended body-measurement ranges from the individual product charts, not measurements of the garments laid flat.
KN17 and KN18 both begin the M waist range at 29.1 inches. KN17 extends to 33.1 inches, while KN18 stops at 31.5 inches. Their published hip ranges also differ.
TH06 has a much broader published M range than either of the other two styles.

Three Styles, Three Different Cuts
TH06 silk T-back thong has minimal back coverage and no lace.
