EU Right of Withdrawal
This page explains the 14-day cooling-off period available to eligible consumers in the European Union when purchasing from FEELITS online.
1. Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day the final item in that order is delivered.
Important update from 19 June 2026
From 19 June 2026, EU rules introduce additional requirements for online withdrawal functionality. Where required by applicable law, FEELITS will provide an electronic withdrawal method so eligible EU consumers can submit a withdrawal request online.
2. Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if your purchase is eligible, you may still exercise your EU right of withdrawal after delivery.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer support team with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or cancel
- Your request type: cancellation before shipment or return under the EU right of withdrawal
- Your name and the email address used to place the order
Our support team will handle your request electronically and guide you through the next steps, including return instructions where applicable.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be sent back according to the instructions provided by our support team.

Hygiene-sensitive FEELITS products may include:
- Underwear and panties
- Bras and bralettes
- Sleepwear and intimate apparel
- Other products where return restrictions apply for health protection or hygiene reasons

5. Refunds for EU Orders
Once your valid withdrawal request has been received and approved, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.
- Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
- Where goods must be returned, we may wait until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
- Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by applicable law. Additional costs from choosing a more expensive shipping method may not be refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by FEELITS support.
6. When the EU Right of Withdrawal May Not Apply
The EU right of withdrawal applies only to eligible consumer purchases. It may not apply, or may be limited, in certain situations.
- Business-to-business orders may not be eligible.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded if they were sealed and then unsealed after delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or returned in unsuitable condition may not qualify for a refund.
- Regional policies outside the European Union may differ.
