FEELITS Refund Policy

At FEELITS, customer satisfaction and personal hygiene are our top priorities. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued, which items are eligible, and why certain intimate products are handled differently.

30-Day Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item has a quality issue (defective, damaged, or incorrect)
  • The item is non-intimate apparel and meets return requirements
  • Your order qualifies under the First Order Risk-Free Guarantee

Not Eligible for Refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind refunds are not accepted for:

  • Underwear
  • Sleepwear

Important:
All intimate apparel sold by FEELITS is never resold or redistributed, even if returned. This policy exists to protect customer hygiene, privacy, and health.


First Order Risk-Free Refund

We want first-time customers to feel confident when trying FEELITS for the first time.

  • Your first order is eligible for one free refund or exchange
  • If multiple items are purchased, only one item qualifies
  • The item must meet hygiene and quality standards

This policy applies once per customer.


Refunds for Quality Issues

All FEELITS products, including intimate apparel, are eligible for a refund if a quality issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Examples of quality issues include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect items received

  3. Once approved and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing Time

  • Refund approval: 1–3 business days
  • Bank or card processing: 5–10 business days (may vary by provider)

Shipping & Refund Amounts

Quality-Related Refunds

  • Product cost refunded in full
  • Return shipping covered by FEELITS (if applicable)

Non-Quality Refunds (Eligible Items Only)

  • Product cost refunded
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Limitations

Refund requests may be rejected if:

  • The request is made after 30 days
  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • The item does not meet hygiene or eligibility requirements

Why Intimate Items Are Non-Resalable

FEELITS follows strict hygiene and quality standards. For this reason:

  • All underwear, bras, and sleepwear are considered non-resalable
  • Returned intimate items are never restocked or resold
  • This ensures every customer receives brand-new, untouched products
