Every product sold by FEELITS, unless otherwise stated, is now backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as you have the statutory right to cancel.


We want our customers to be satisfied with their every purchase. However, if you change your mind or would like to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund you (include the shipping cost for returning the products).

How To Initiate A Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@Feelits.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@Feelits.com. immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Feelits refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 30-day window has lapsed. 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
