At FEELITS, we want you to feel confident when choosing silk garments online. Because silk has less stretch than many common underwear fabrics, finding the right fit may sometimes take an extra try.
This policy explains our quality guarantee, First-Order Size Confidence benefit and return eligibility.

30-Day Quality Guarantee
All genuine product-quality issues are covered within 30 days of delivery.
Quality or order issues may include:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged seams, straps, closures or fabric
- An incorrect item, color or size sent by FEELITS
- An item damaged during delivery
- A missing item from the order
Please contact support@feelits.com and include:
- Your order number
- The affected product
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos, where available
We may request additional information to identify the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
For hygiene and customer safety, we normally do not require intimate garments with approved quality issues to be returned. These items will not be placed back into saleable inventory or resold.
Approved refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Where appropriate, we may also offer a replacement with your agreement.
First-Order Size Confidence—For Panties
Silk naturally has less stretch than many cotton or synthetic fabrics, so we generally recommend choosing the larger size when you are between sizes and using your hip measurement as the primary reference.
To make your first panties purchase easier, FEELITS provides a First-Pair Size Confidence benefit.
If one pair from your first FEELITS panties order does not fit as expected:
- Contact support@feelits.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and identify the panties that did not fit.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, we will send a FEELITS electronic gift card directly to the email address used for the order.
- The gift-card value will equal the actual product price paid for one eligible pair after discounts.
- You do not need to return the panties.
You may use the gift card on feelits.com to choose:
- A larger size
- A more relaxed or fuller-coverage panties style
- Another available product you prefer
This gives you greater flexibility to select the size or style that feels most comfortable for you.
First-Order Size Confidence Conditions
- Available for panties only
- Applies to one eligible pair from the customer’s first FEELITS panties order
- Limited to one e-gift card per eligible customer
- Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Calculated using the actual price paid for the eligible pair after discounts
- Does not include original shipping charges, taxes, duties or promotional gift values
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
- Does not apply to bras, sleepwear or other product categories
- Does not replace the 30-Day Quality Guarantee
The new purchase is treated as a separate order. Current product prices, availability, promotions, shipping thresholds and shipping charges will apply.
If the item has a manufacturing defect or FEELITS sent the wrong item, please submit it as a quality or order issue instead of a fit request.
Choose Your Size with Confidence
Because genuine silk is generally less elastic than many everyday underwear fabrics, we recommend checking the size chart on each product page instead of relying only on your usual size.
For a more comfortable fit:
- Use your hip measurement as the main reference for panties
- Choose the larger size if you are between two sizes
- Follow any “Size Up” or product-specific fit note shown on the product page
- Consider a roomier brief or bikini style if you prefer more coverage or ease
For easier at-home measuring, you can add our Soft Body Measuring Tape to your order. It includes both inch and centimeter markings and can also be used for future underwear, bra, sleepwear and clothing purchases.
Standard Returns and Exchanges
Eligible non-intimate products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed and unaltered
- In their original condition
- Returned with the original tags, packaging and included accessories
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Please contact FEELITS before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval or to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.
Intimate and Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For hygiene, health and privacy reasons, the following products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:
- Panties and underwear
- Bras and bralettes
- Sleepwear and intimate apparel
- Other opened or used hygiene-sensitive products
This restriction does not apply to verified quality issues, the eligible First-Order Panty Fit Promise, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our No-Resale Hygiene Commitment
Every product shipped by FEELITS is brand-new.
Returned items and products confirmed to have a quality issue are never restocked, redistributed or resold. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a new, untouched product.
